During the National “Safety Production Month” in 2025, Yuxing Technology will focus on the theme of “Everyone talks about safety, everyone knows how to respond to emergencies – finding safety hazards around us”, with the goal of “zero accidents, strong emergency response, and promoting long-term development”. We will carry out practical exercises and long-term construction to comprehensively improve the level of safety management.
1、 High level promotion, consolidating safety responsibilities
The general manager emphasized at the kickoff meeting that ‘safety production is the lifeline, and emergency drills are the touchstone’. The company has established a special working group, combined with the “three-year action plan to tackle the root causes”, and established a mechanism of “responsibility to the post and full participation of all staff” to ensure that hidden danger investigation and emergency capacity building are carried out simultaneously.
2、 Practical exercises, forging an emergency iron army
Innovate three practical scenarios around the risk points of the entire production process:
- Disposal of hazardous chemical leaks: Simulate tank area leaks, complete leak plugging, environmental monitoring, and harmless treatment within 30 minutes, and verify the efficiency of emergency material allocation;
- Limited space rescue: Adopting a standardized process of “ventilation detection rescue”, successfully rescuing simulated poisoned personnel and strengthening scientific disposal awareness;
- Electric shock first aid drill: Complete power outage, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and transfer of the injured within 5 minutes. All personnel will pass the assessment of the “Emergency Operation Manual” and solidify the first aid standards.
3、 Long term empowerment, building a safe ecosystem
Adhere to the closed-loop mechanism of “review rectification improvement” and transform the drill into management efficiency;
- Establish a “first time response” rapid response mechanism;
- Integrate practical experience into daily inspections and training;
- Continuously improve emergency plans and hardware facilities.
