Targeted drugs are a hot topic in medical research. Through the magnetic navigation of carrier nanoparticles, drugs are delivered to the lesion under the guidance of an external magnetic field, achieving targeted therapy. This not only significantly improves drug efficacy but also reduces drug distribution to other organs, effectively preventing damage to other organs while the drug is acting on the lesion.

Magnetic iron oxide bionanoparticles are easily manipulated and have no side effects, making them effective carriers for targeted drug delivery. 10-50 nm Fe₃O₄ magnetic particles are coated with methacrylic acid to form composite particles up to 200 nm in size. These submicron particles can carry proteins, antibodies, and drugs for cancer diagnosis and treatment. This localized treatment approach is highly effective with minimal side effects and is expected to become a key development in cancer treatment.
